Cataract Seminar - Monday, June 18, 2007

Eye Care Center of Northern Colorado cordially invites you to attend a seminar to hear about cataracts and cataract surgery.

Staying physically active may prevent myopia progression - Tuesday, June 12, 2007

They found that students spending less time being physically active had significantly increased refractive errors than physically active students. But there was no association between the students' physical fitness level and refractive error.

Interestingly, they found no association between the number of hours studied and refractive error.

Take home message. College students: ride your bike to the library.
